Eptura

Eptura is a worktech company that provides a unified software platform to manage people, workplaces, and assets for organizations.

About

Eptura is a worktech company that provides a comprehensive platform for managing a company's physical spaces and assets, as well as the people who use them. It's designed to bring together traditionally separate functions like facility management, workplace experience, and asset management into a single, unified solution. The company was formed in 2022 by combining several existing worktech brands, including Condeco, Proxyclick, and iOffice + SpaceIQ, with the goal of creating a single, integrated platform to solve the complexities of modern, often hybrid, work environments.

By centralizing all of this data and functionality, Eptura aims to give organizations the tools to make data-driven decisions about their workplaces, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall experience for their employees.

The Work

As the first content manager at Eptura, my focus was on developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that not only amplified brand messaging but also directly contributed to significant business outcomes. By aligning content initiatives with key audience segments and optimizing the content team’s approach through data-driven insights, I achieved the following results:

  • Orchestrated a multi-tiered content strategy targeting prospects across the entire marketing funnel (ToFu, MoFu, BoFu). This strategic alignment of messaging with specific audience needs resulted in a 25% increase in audience engagement and a 20% uplift in lead conversion within a single quarter.

  • Leveraged LinkedIn analytics to gain deep understanding of audience behavior and content performance. This data-centric approach enabled us to scale organic follower growth by 66.2% and dramatically increase click-through rates by 143% (from 4.3% to 10.46%) through precise optimization of post timing, messaging, and visual elements.

  • Streamlined content production workflows using Wrike, achieving a 20% reduction in production time. Furthermore, the implementation of Oktopost facilitated a 40% increase in asset repurposing efficiency, allowing for rapid deployment of high-performing content variations across diverse campaigns.

  • Ensured a consistent and impactful brand voice across all content deliverables. This was achieved by establishing a centralized editorial calendar and proactively aligning cross-departmental content requirements with overarching strategic messaging frameworks.

Conclusion

This work at Eptura demonstrated my ability to develop and implement data-informed content strategies that drive measurable results, optimize content operations for efficiency, and maintain a cohesive brand narrative across all touchpoints. Below is a letter of recommendation from Erin Sevitz, VP of Content & Customer Marketing at Eptura, which serves as a testament to the effectiveness of my work.
