GEEARS (Georgia Early Education Alliance for Ready Students) is a foundational nonprofit organization in Georgia dedicated to shaping a better future for the state's youngest citizens. With a focus on children from birth through five, GEEARS champions the cause of high-quality early education, advocating for policies and programs that ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed from the very beginning.

The Work

We partnered with GEEARS to completely overhaul their digital communications infrastructure. This project began with a full revamp of their web presence, transforming their website into a dynamic, user-friendly platform that more effectively communicated their mission and engaged their diverse audience of parents, policymakers, and advocates. Complementing this, I designed and developed a suite of email templates, providing GEEARS with powerful tools to streamline their outreach and advocacy efforts, mobilize their community, and drive their message forward.

Conclusion

Our work provided GEEARS with the digital foundation needed to become a more effective, powerful force for change. The new web presence and strategic email system amplified their voice, energized their advocacy, and ultimately became a critical engine for policy reform in early education.
